Today, my sister & brother-in-law, brought me to a delightful shoe store, called Lauries Shoes. There is a homestyle  atmosphere and all the employees are very helpful and happy. The goal is to select shoes, that would not only provide comfort and style, but would also, provide support and stability to help prevent falls. Brittany Fragale, Store Manager, assisted with finding the perfect shoe. She was very professional & knowledgeable. After carefully measuring each foot, she brought out a variety of shoes. (She presents with a friendly, low-keyed approach, never rushing for a decision, nor using high pressure tactics.) Purchased two pairs of elegant, “Mobils Ergonomic” shoes. Would highly recommend Lauries Shoes and Brittany Fragale. An amazing experience. Been trying to order on Zappos and not finding nothing. Having the salesman who knows shoes is worth a million.  We tried another shoe store closer to home and were not impressed. Should have went to Laurie’s first. In and out within 20min with a great pair of tennis shoes that fit properly.

I’m never disappointed when I take my grandkids to Laurie’s for new shoes.  They are fast friendly and provide the best service and interactions with the kiddos. You absolutely won't believe the incredible experience I had at Laurie's shoe store recently! I just had to share it because it was truly exceptional. I walked in for my 9 AM appointment, and from the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect. Tim, who was helping me, went above and beyond. Not only did he handle my fitting with such expertise and care, making sure I got the right inserts, but he also took the initiative to contact my doctor directly to get a prescription for orthotics sent over. I was so impressed! Then, Jason joined in to assist with the fitting, and the whole process was seamless and genuinely pleasant. What really struck me, though, was the atmosphere throughout the store. While I was there, I watched as customers of all ages came and went, and every single staff member was so eager to help. You could see the joy on everyone's faces – staff and customers alike – they all left smiling and happy. It honestly took me back to when I was a kid, remembering that classic, attentive customer service that seems so rare these days. I was so blown away by the experience that I immediately texted my son, his wife, and my daughter to tell them they absolutely *have* to go there if they ever need shoes.
