I’m never disappointed when I take my grandkids to Laurie’s for new shoes.  They are fast friendly and provide the best service and interactions with the kiddos. You absolutely won't believe the incredible experience I had at Laurie's shoe store recently! I just had to share it because it was truly exceptional. I walked in for my 9 AM appointment, and from the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect. Tim, who was helping me, went above and beyond. Not only did he handle my fitting with such expertise and care, making sure I got the right inserts, but he also took the initiative to contact my doctor directly to get a prescription for orthotics sent over. I was so impressed! Then, Jason joined in to assist with the fitting, and the whole process was seamless and genuinely pleasant. What really struck me, though, was the atmosphere throughout the store. While I was there, I watched as customers of all ages came and went, and every single staff member was so eager to help. You could see the joy on everyone's faces – staff and customers alike – they all left smiling and happy. It honestly took me back to when I was a kid, remembering that classic, attentive customer service that seems so rare these days. I was so blown away by the experience that I immediately texted my son, his wife, and my daughter to tell them they absolutely *have* to go there if they ever need shoes. We love this place and have brought the kids here for years for new shoes. The customer service is fantastic. Cindy especially is so nice, so I want to make sure to mention her by name. She remembers the kids when we come in, truly listens to their preferences and always picks something great.
